POSTAGE
I aim to dispatch orders within three days of receiving payment. If you require urgent delivery, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate your requirements.


Cards
Postage is by Royal Mail First Class in the UK or airmail standard non-traceable post elsewhere. Single cards are posted in an envelope and packs of cards are posted in a jiffy bag. 

Notebooks
Postage is by Royal Mail First Class in the UK or airmail standard
non-traceable post
elsewhere. Upto 3 notebooks can be sent in a jiffy bag.

Tea towels
Postage is by Royal Mail First Class in the UK or airmail standard
non-traceable post
elsewhere. Tea towels are folded and posted in a jiffy bag.

Prints
My prints are carefully rolled with tissue paper and placed in a cardboard tube. Postage is by Royal Mail Special (next day) delivery in the UK or Royal Mail International Signed for delivery when posted world wide.
Proof of postage and tracking numbers are retained to ensure safe delivery. Please note as this is a registered service, a signature on delivery is required.

Delivery in Europe
Delivery costs depend on the weight of package which is calculated at check out. Delivery may take upto 14 days.

Delivery Internationally (Rest of the World)
Delivery costs depend on the weight of the package and will be calculated at check out. Delivery should take up to 14 days but can take longer depending on where the package/print is being sent.

Please also be aware that taxes and local import duties may be implemented on overseas deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these customs charges.

Returns Policy
I hope you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

  • Full refunds of items will be provided if you are unhappy with your purchase. We ask that you return an item(s) in it’s original packaging within ten days of receipt and state the reason for returning.

  • If your purchase is damaged, please contact rachel@rachelclarkart.com and provide a photograph of the damage. We will do our best to resolve any issues and post a replacement.

  • If you are returning a print, please ensure return postage is recorded or tracked and retain the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Please note the cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility.

  • Please ensure that you have inputted the correct address at check out. If you realise you have inputted an incorrect address please get in touch ASAP.
