I will be having an exhibition at the St Annes Gallery, Lewes. Starts on Saturday (Sept 20th) and runs until Sunday (28th). Jo Lamb and I will be showing drawings, prints and paintings on the theme ‘Travellers Tales’ I’ll be showing a selection of prints and drawings from my travels in Europe and Vietnam. Many of them featured on my blog. You’re very welcome to come along! More info at:
Charleston farmhouse, home of the Bloomsbury group, is one of my favourite places. I’ve been there a number of times and every time I go I notice something different. Each room of the house was decorated by artists Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant and includes painted furniture, textiles and quirky objects (check out the colander lamp shades!) Lovely garden too.

At Charleston farmhouse, there’s also an exhibition of Eric Ravillious Woodcuts (ends 30 August) which runs concurrently with an exhibition of his watercolours at The Towner Gallery in Eastbourne. It’s wonderful to see especially after driving around Sussex. You start seeing the landscape through his eyes.
