Life Drawing

February 16th, 2015

I’ve always tried to keep up life drawing since graduating from Art College many years ago. Over the past couple of years as I draw outside I had a break. I decided to resume life drawing and pop along to the open access untutored class at the Paddock studios, Lewes. Very relaxed and friendly. I got my gouache paints out and enjoyed capturing the quick poses and slightly longer poses (upto 20 mins). I’ve always preferred drawing quickly as I don’t have time to think too much about what I’m doing. A bit like when I go sketching. Here’s a selection I’ve done over two evening classes.
