I'm from Lewes in Sussex and I presently live in Kingston-Upon-Thames. I began my studies locally, with a foundation course at Brighton College of Technology. This was followed by three years studying for a degree at Edinburgh College of Art and then a post graduate diploma. My specialism was illustration and printmaking. I spent a term studying at Rhode Island School of Design in the United States during my final year.

I've worked for ten years in commercial book design and print and have continued to sketch and practise printmaking at every opportunity.

I'm inspired by many things: exhibitions; travel; weather; mood; car boot sales; vintage crockery; found objects, and fabulous finds from the fifties!
